Editorial

Desk Evaluation

The editorial office verifies scope fit, formatting compliance, and completeness of all declarations within 3–5 business days. Incomplete submissions are returned with guidance.

Review

Double-Blind Peer Review

Two or more independent reviewers evaluate scientific rigour, novelty, and methodological soundness — all identities masked to eliminate bias.

Decision

Revision & Decision

Authors receive a consolidated decision letter. Major revisions are due within 60 days; minor revisions within 21 days. The editor issues the final acceptance or rejection.

Publication

Online First & Indexing

Accepted manuscripts are typeset and published online within 7–14 days of final acceptance, receiving a DOI immediately. Articles are indexed in all partner databases within one issue cycle.

All manuscripts must satisfy the following requirements at the time of submission. Non-conforming manuscripts will be returned for correction prior to desk review.
