The journal emphasizes innovative approaches in regulation, policy development, and institutional transformation to enhance effectiveness, adaptability, transparency, and accountability across various social, economic, technological, and administrative contexts. The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, and comparative studies in the following areas:

Legal Adaptation and Regulatory Innovation
Evolution and adaptation of legal frameworks in addressing emerging challenges: regulatory innovation, digital law, AI regulation, data privacy, cybersecurity regulation, technology-related legal issues, and contemporary regulatory challenges.
Policy Innovation and Public Policy Transformation
Innovative approaches in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of public policies: evidence-based policymaking, policy design, policy evaluation, regulatory impact assessment, social and economic policy transformation, sustainable policy development, and collaborative policymaking.
Institutional Reform and Organizational Transformation
Institutional development, reform strategies, and organizational transformation: bureaucratic transformation, public sector innovation, organizational change, administrative modernization, institutional capacity building, and strategies for improving organizational effectiveness.

Language Requirements

Manuscripts may be submitted in English.

  • Language usage must be consistent from the beginning to the end of the manuscript.
  • Professional language editing is recommended but not required prior to submission.
  • Language issues found during peer review must be corrected before acceptance.

Abstracts must be provided in English, no more than 250 words.
