Legal Aspect and Legality in Corporate Companies
Purpose: This study aims to examine the implementation of legal aspects and legality within corporate companies and analyze their importance in supporting effective business operations and management. The study emphasizes the role of legal compliance in reducing risks, maintaining corporate reputation, and creating a sustainable business environment.
Research Methodology: This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through literature analysis. Data were collected from secondary sources, including books, research articles, academic papers, lecture materials, and relevant online sources. The collected information was analyzed and interpreted to identify the main legal aspects affecting corporate operations.
Results: The findings indicate that legal aspects and corporate legality are essential elements in ensuring business continuity. Companies must comply with regulations related to establishment and licensing, contractual relationships with third parties, labor and taxation obligations, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance practices. Effective legal management through internal legal teams or external legal advisors helps companies address regulatory challenges and minimize potential disputes.
Conclusions: Legal compliance is a strategic requirement for corporate companies because it provides a foundation for responsible management, operational stability, and long-term sustainability.
Limitations: This study is limited to a conceptual analysis based on secondary sources and does not examine specific corporate cases or empirical legal practices.
Contributions: This study contributes to the understanding of corporate legal management by highlighting the importance of integrating legal compliance into business strategies and organizational decision-making.
